Review: very comfortable shoes - These are some of the best shoes I have found for martial art practice. The quality of the shoe is very good, they are light and flexible and the rubber soles enable one to move freely both indoors and outdoors. Though, these are really meant for indoor practice; I doubt the soles will stand up on asphalt or concrete outside. They run a little small for size so I would suggest maybe get a half to one size larger than your normal shoe size.

Unfortunately they don’t come in half sizes and I’m a half size, so that’s my only complaint. So if you’re a half size I’d probably drop a star off my rating to a 4. 5 if they’re your size (or if they start to be available in half’s.)

These are some of the best shoes I have found for martial art practice. The quality of the shoe is very good, they are light and flexible and the rubber soles enable one to move freely both indoors and outdoors. My shoes came in a great designed package! Very colorful and I got my size 9. They are a bit snug o terms of width but still fit fine as I use them for working out. Will buy more of them. Major advantage is the price as well!
