Do not recommend
I have had this heat press for less than a year and it’s not heating up properly, the slide out is broken and my handle fell off. I use this heat press for my own personal use. Not part of a business or heavy usage. No reason for it to be broken already. Amazon tells me to contact the manufacturer. I email them- get no response other than the email provided is not the right email. So now I have this heat press that doesn’t work and have no one to get in contact with. Very disappointed.

Good but…
So far the t-shirt press has worked great. The one concerning thing though is the tumbler press. It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but the frame for it is warped and bent. It’s the left side of it in the pictures. I can’t get it to sit straight. I’m not really sure how it will affect the use and quality of it though, as I don’t have a blank mug to try it on. Still disappointed that such a high quality piece of equipment comes damaged like that.Overall, the use of the machine is pretty easy. Seems pretty durable as well.

Great when it actually works
I have had this heat press for just a couple of months, and I have only used it a handful of times. It shuts off and on constantly as I am trying to warm it up and as I am trying to make shirts. I have plugged it into so many different plugs and come to realize it is definitely not a problem on my end. It will shut off by itself and come back on by itself. Sometimes it does not come back on on its own and I have to turn it back on. Obviously, this is quite a problem when you’re trying to keep it hot. I have reached out for support and it has taken two weeks to have a conversation with someone because it is through a forum and you have to message back-and-forth. So far, no resolution. Very frustrating as my business depends on this. Every now and then it actually works and stays hot for long enough for me to make a handful of shirts. In those cases, it works great.EDIT: talked to someone on the phone today in “customer service.” She said it is normal to have to communicate back and forth for weeks with them because they are overseas. UNACCEPTABLE.

I was so excited to get this
The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to getting this heat press after reading tons of reviews. It is my first one and I was looking forward to making hats and mugs the most (outside of shirts). While unboxing it looked as though my cup attachment had been shoved forcefully into the box (the styrofoam was messed up only in that one spot). When I pulled it out it was bent and no longer lines up or closes completely. It’s also just extremely flimsy over all. I haven’t used it yet but I don’t have high hopes of it holding heat well with it being warped. I’ll be trying it out this weekend and will update my post then. Hopefully the cheapness of the cup press isn’t a sign of how the overall product is going to be. I’d spend the extra money to get a little more expensive but hopefully higher quality press if you can! I sure wish I would have waited and done so now.

Slide rails failed after 3rd use
My third time using it, I went to pull the bottom, part out and put a T-shirt on, and the whole slide rail fell off, and all the ball bearings fell out on my kitchen table.
