Followed the instructions and did some cherries, and blueberries (blueberries weren’t on the chart) overnight. The end result was fantastic. I filled 5 racks, and all dried evenly. Some of the cherry stuck but soaking in warm soapy water for five minutes, and it was a super easy cleanup. Some of the blueberries fell through when they dried, but the bottom tray easily caught them.
