Gentle soap that feels good on the skin and rinses off well. I even used it as shampoo as suggested. It worked great.

I have been struggling with acne on and off since my teenage years, it improved over time but now at 26 and after removing my birth control I have had the worst adult acne I have experienced. I’m talking about severely inflamed pimples filled with pus and even those more deeper under the skin that you can’t really pop type of pimples. I went back and tried professional brands, switching up my skin care routine etc and nothing worked. I came upon this little gem after looking into charcoal soaps for skin care. All I have to say is wow!! I have only used it for a couple days but have already seen a huge difference in my breakouts. It dried out my pimples and shrunk them literally over night. The bar is a decent size, but since I don’t want to waste it or get all gross in my shower I ended up cutting it into smaller squares and I only use the current square when I wash my face. The smell is very natural and not overwhelming. I use my toner and moisturizer afterwards and my skin feels so refreshed and clean! This product literally saved my skin and helped relieve it from the painful acne I was getting.I did give it 4 stars because I saw the other reviews where their soap came wrapped in plastic and was packed in the box. Mine was not like that, it didn’t come wrapped in any plastic or protective cover and the box was a bit beat up with a few stains. Not a big deal, but just felt a bit unsanitary. I did ran the soap through warm water before use just because that did gross me out a bit. If my skin continues making improvements like these then I will definitely continue to purchase!

This is a wonderful facial soap - gentle and effective. It does not make your face tight, just smooth and clean.

Good soap

Kept me clean, but the scent is not quite what I was expecting. Also it has the downside of leaving black residue on shower walls, which is probably should have expected.

Me and my daughter are pretty much vegan. Her skin is a lot more sensitive than mine. All I’ve ever used was liquid Castile soap. I tried this one out. Cut half to save for later, her skin responds well. It lathers great, don’t need to use much. The soap is lasting, not melting away fast like some non animal product soaps. No skin reactions, no eczema reactions.Great job Soap!

I purchased the olive oil soap. As someone who has really sensitive skin,I’ve tried countless different soaps and body washes, trying to find one that doesn’t irritate my skin. Most of them end up in the garbage. It seems like with this soap, I’ve finally found the right product. This soap doesn’t dry my skin, it lathers well and doesn’t seem to irritate my skin at all. I just returned from a 2 1/2 week trip in several different countries. Depending on how hard the water is, the lather amount will vary, as with any soap. It always lathered sufficiently. With other soaps, I need to lotion immediately after using them. This is the first soap that moisturizes enough for me not to need to do that. This is probably the only product I have ever tried that doesn’t dry my skin. I have been using this for my body, face, and hair. Absolutely five stars for this!

I bought this after switching to natural deodorant. It’s a powerful soap that helps take away the “funk” left behind by aluminum-free deodorants.I like it a lot. There’s a nice mint smell to it. It can be a little drying on your body, but if you pair it with a nice moisturizer you should be good to go.I’ll be buying again. Thanks!

Easy on sensitive skin.

The soap leaves my skin feeling fresh & clean. I have to watch what I used because I have psoriasis & my skin behind dry. This doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry at all, there’s no perfumes. It doesn’t make any of my psoriasis go away but, it doesn’t make it worse either.

Smells good. Very drying which I actually like because I know all the oil is gone from my skin. You will need to moisturize after for sure. Problem is the bar started splitting and fraying in to jagged "slices" after about a week in the shower. Became uncomfortable to lather with as it would scratch my skin.. Have to use the remainder in a cloth. For the price I won't buy it again. because of that.
