Extra velcro straps are needed due to wear
Wore it all day for my usual activities and not a twinge of pain. Very well constructed and a second strap w velcro to keep it fresh and clean. It’s also very trim, not bulky, so as discrete as possible. I’m a retired OT and would not change a thing. One improvement would be offering additional straps. after a few months mine are getting worn and unsightly while the plastic part is perfectly fine.

Nice alternative for $$
This is a nice alternative to the Push Brace, but the cup that goes around your joint runs a bit small. It has brought some relief for the carpal tunnel and RA pain relief. I especially like the cloth brace that goes under the actual brace, it adds to the overall comfort of this device.

Customer Satisfaction guarantee within 6 months is inaccurate
The brace broke within 4 months of purchase. I contacted KD brace for replacement per customer satisfaction within 6 months per item description. Never received a response.
