I am very happy with this purchase. The tawa heats up evenly, making crispy and perfectly cooked dosas every time. Please do not buy. Before using I just washed & dried up & all rust came up. The Indus valley please stop selling useless products & stop fooling people who invested money in your products after checking the reviews. My money is gone now & not even used once!

Nice one i really liked it . Feeling healthy while making dosa from this pan. But little worried about it's not frying evenly only in middle of the fan perfectly frying remaining not frying properly.

I recently ordered the INDUS VALLEY Cast Iron Tawa and it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. The tawa is strong and well-made. Once heated, it cooks food evenly. I use it it make Sandwiche, Dosa and chilla. All items comes out nice and crispy. O1nce seasoned properly, the results are really good. I also like that it works on both gas and induction. Overall, it’s a durable, reliable and healthy cookware for everyday cooking.

I purchased the Indus Valley dosa pan and delivery was on time, which I appreciate. However, my experience with the pan has been a bit disappointing. It doesn’t perform like a regular non-stick dosa pan. The first few dosas stuck badly to the surface—I lost about three dosas while trying, even after proper heating and oiling.The pan does seem to improve slightly after repeated use, but it requires a learning curve and proper seasoning. Also, it would have been better if a spatula was included with the product.Overall, it’s an average product that may work better with experience and proper maintenance, but not ideal for beginners expecting a non-stick-like performance.

I love this cast iron tawa because it heats up evenly and makes my dosas super crispy. Since it is cast iron, it naturally adds healthy iron to the food, which is great. It is naturally non-stick, so flipping is easy without using too much oil. It is very strong and feels like it will last forever.

Tava is good..First dosa was sticked but after that all dosas and cheela coming out really well.. better than the non-stick pan
