Good value Good customer service
Great value not to sure how accurate heart rate is. But happy so far. Given to wife as a present. So easy to set up.Screen display broke a month after purchase. Lcd display had a line going through it. Contacted the seller who were great. Going to send a replacement with no issue s and a blue tooth speaker for inconvenience.Apart from this the watch is great for the price.

Not happy
This product refused to work after a couple of weeks. Could not get it to turn on. Completely died. On top of that when it was working, it was highly inaccurate. Almost dangerous. The heart rate is way off. If you’re a runner on a budget, go for the Fitbit Alta instead! This is just not worth the money.

Fantastic HR watch and fitness tracker
Great value watch for the price. Daughter loves monitoring her steps daily and we really like the sleep monitoring function to ensure she is getting enough sleep. Brilliant item plus quick charging direct to USB port. Really pleased.
