After taking my time to install the lift as carefully as I could, including pouring large 10" thick pads in my existing concrete floor, epoxying the bolts in place, and installing the lift itself, I'm very pleased with the results. I haven't put my F250 on it yet, but it lifted this Odyssey like it was nothing. Delivery was done in a timely manner and communication from the delivery company was great. They kept me updated on a regular basis and did everything possible to make the unloading process go smoothly. I'm not an expert, but I'm very impressed with the quality, price, and delivery of the unit. Installation takes patience and time, but anyone installing one of these should already be aware of that.

So far so good, lift install went fairly smoothly and all components seem to be functioning as intended. As mentioned in other reviews there are 2 main complaints with this product that you should be aware of before purchasing. The first is the instructions are horrendous, I had better luck just using context clues to figure out how everything went together and what hardware to use where. There is a manual on Katools website that was slightly more helpful than the one provided with the lift. The wiring was fairly straight forward. I ordered a plug and connector online and wired it directly into where the factory pigtails were so now I have a way to disconnect the lift in the event the switch won't turn off. The second complaint is the provided anchors. They're terrible, I ordered a set of 10 5.5"x3/4" anchors and anchor adhesive and that did the trick for 10 of the 12 holes so I still had to use 2 of the provided anchors. One installed with no issues, the other bent before the plunger set all the way. I can't imagine setting 12 of these so do yourself a favor and order better anchors when you order the lift. For anyone wondering about the fluid type, we found somewhere online that is take 3-3.5 gallons of ISO 46. One bonus complaint/something to consider. The packaging was a bit precarious and difficult to remove. A forklift would have made it much easier but the lift posts are bolted one on top of the other using flimsy angle iron so removing them without damage or dropping them was tricky but achievable.

Works absolutely well for a sedan, very good quality. It's delivered on time, took a bit of time to install, but get instant help from the seller, they're pretty responsive and helpful all the way.

Instructions are pure crap but I knew that going in - I am an engineer + farm boy + mechanic + +. What I didn't expect was things to just be wrong. My favorite was the provided screws being too long and tapped into the back side of where the vertical slider runs - so the screws act as obstacles to the sliding action. You get to figure out your own electrical too. The vertical jacks just slide inside the formed steel with some UHMW or maybe just HDPE plastic chunks. It did lift my 2002 F350 dually but very sketchy - the hydraulics have plenty of power but the arms are so flexible that the truck rocks upon any touching. I get under it, but not until sliding steel saw horse stands under the truck. This version with no cross tubes relies entirely on the provided concrete anchors which are metric and some China version i have never seen - so you must buy a metric concrete bit ... I used them don't trust them and I welded an up-and-over steel structure (W6x15 uprights & 2.375" pipe header across) to take most of the load off of the anchors.

Came on time. There was good communication from the seller to set up delivery. Had a few scratches but no big deal. Instructions are not clear, but found some videos on YouTube to install the same lift. I was able to install it on my own. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Quality wasn't what I hoped for. Welds had slag puddles and shavings that were painted over. Crate arrived late with major damage. Haven't put power to it yet, overall seems okay. The lack of an installation manual, forced me to watch a poorly done video that skipped steps. WARNING this came in a closed truck that required a power fork lift, the drivers were awesome. Rent a fork lift for a month for the shipping issues.

Surprised, I love it! I was nervous about this lift , having read reviews that talked about missing or wrong parts and lack of clear directions, and difficult assembly. Mostly I worried about quality. I worried for nothing. I got it assembled and bolted down in three hours, except for one wrong part (I got two identical brakes [for the same post] and should have gotten one for each post, one the mirror image of the other) Otherwise, all went well. The directions were (just) adequate. I am happy with it, expecting them to swap out the brake, if not I will adapt the part.
