The Best Collagen
I really like products from Dr. Childs. I feel that the ingredients are science based and clean. I've been using this collagen after trying several others and this is the one that helps my knees (along with PT). One thing to understand is that collagen takes a month or two to work. The collagens in this product are the same ones used in tests that you can find on PubMed that have positive results. I like this product so much that I started ordering from the manufacturer's website where shipping is free and it arrives sooner (look for Westin Childs online). They ship from USPS and it will arrive in your mailbox rather than on your doorstep.

Unflavored and clean!
I like that its unflavored and you can use it warm without any icky feeling and there is no bad taste!

Effectiveness
Seems to be good for me. It's my number 1 collagen, 5 stars would be if it was cheaper.. it's more than double the PRICE of regular collagen.

Adds protein and strengthens hair skin nails
Collegan has made such a difference in my skin hair and nails. It adds protein as well. Inhave noticed my nails are stronger, and hair too. This easily blends into my protein shakes and doesn't taste at all. Definitely would reccomend!

Does it Work?
This might be a great supplement for some, but I don't notice any differences in the way I feel. At least I don't think so. On the other hand my knee osteo could be a little better. Is it as a result of this or the result of something else I am taking? Hard to tell, so if I stop taking it and it gets worse I may be proving a point. It is working. Would like to know this.
