This scoop takes all the guesswork out of portioning, yields a uniform product, and lets us focus on improving other aspects of the manufacturing process. The volume is a good size for cookies, meatballs, spring rolls, enchiladas/taquitos, and empanadas. The grip is comfortable to use for large runs of product. I wish the volume capacity was visibly marked or color coded by the grips for easy identification. The design is simple and proven effective. The mechanism works smoothly and didn't slip out of alignment, even when dispensing thick cookie dough. Cleanup is easy if you don't let food dry out and get crusty. I'd recommend for home use or small business operations.

Makes perfect sized cookies for parties. No issues so far with the spring. It does take a few squeezes every now and that overall I like it!
