Day Trading: Momentum, Level 2 and Reading the Tape

I am so grateful for the time and effort Mr. Ceponas gave to produce this book. It has made all the difference in my trading. After studying trades for over 4 years, reading hundreds of books and knowing that I wanted to day trade, I still did not have a profitable trading plan. I began back testing what is in this book and started trading his plan real time and have had most success ever with good profit. I have much yet to perfect but am on my way. I just want to say thank you for sharing your skill and techniques. Would highly recommend to any one seeking to day trade. Best ever!!

I am a fairly newer trader. I practiced in a Sim for around 4 months (daily) and then started with real money (a small amount) for the last month and have done fairly well. I am extremely cautious and am not greedy. I do not trade with FOMO. I read a lot and take each trading day as a lesson, like a college degree. I do not have the patience for trades that last hours or days or weeks. Momentum works best for me. I think I’ve read almost every highly rated stock/day trading book on Amazon, and I’m in a momentum alert group.This book really tied everything together for me. It was like an “ah hah” moment… the light going off. Everything clicked. I felt validated in some of my methods and moves. And I learned a lot that I will implement.You must have basic trading knowledge before reading this book. Otherwise it is an easy read. The author presents their ideas in such a clear and concise manner. There is no fluffy bs. There is no “buy my program” crap. It was like the final piece of the puzzle and it all makes sense now. I can look at the level two and make sense of it with the chart.

Easy to follow book with clear explanations. I think the author did a great job showing level 2 data vs charts and how to use it for entry/exit. I liked that the book was to the point and was not bloated with irrelevant stuff. I also appreciated the down to earth style of the author. I would recommend this book for this subject.

This is an amazing book to simplify Level 2 and how it works with the depth of the Market. I have watched countless Utube videos regarding Level 2 and still was buffled, and clueless—-but reading this book gives you the concepts that are easy to understand Level 2 and can be used for quick reference as well. It’s in full color with great examples. Check out my video- full of color. He also provided explanations on momentum and how it involves the Level 2, reading the tape and Halts…WOW.. FYI- it’s worth the cost due to the fact that it’s in COLOR!!!!! He gives a personal message on the last page…. This is definitely a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ reader….I wanted to do a quick edit while continuing to read… I am understanding Level 2 so much better now by reading Mr Ceponas Book. It’s coming together like a puzzle. I have so many “wow” moments.. Thx again Mr Ceponas.

Has a ton of good examples (both wins and losses) and talks about how to apply level 2 and basic chart patterns in a very practical way. Imo one of the few books that actually puts the pieces together.Who it's for:- beginner daytraders trying to understand how level 2 fits in- those looking to improve their entry and exit pointsWho it isn't for:- first time daytraders who don't have the fundamentals of chart patterns, price action, and the general language of trading

Amazing book. The author shares information that will help you do much better on your trades. Things I did not know. I am now pulling more money out of the market. Great book!!!!

Too many books beat around the bush to just tell the point in the last words. This tells you the secret then tells you exactly how to use this secret to its fullest potential! Great for anyone looking to scalp momentum and breakout stocks.

Try to trade based on level 2 before this book, you will have better understanding what is this about. Good book with cases.

I am a beginner trader but not brand new. It is rare I give products 5* ratings, but this book is an exception because i was completely blown away by the info this shares, and also is extremely easy to read.I have been trying for past several months now to day trade, read multiple beginners level books and watched countless of videos.I have not come across a book with this level of information that I found useful, and I actually verified the charts and was mind boggled how precisely they were connecting to the indicators as this author has explained in his book. My main focus for purchasing this book was to learn Level 2, which I did with the help of this book and watching countless videos did not do anywhere a great job as this book.This book also shares a lot more extremely useful info on setting up your charts CORRECTLY and verifying info with level 2 and the charts simultaneously before entering a trade, and this is the info which blows me away. I had been trying for months now to figure out a strategy which would make sense to me to enter a trade, without trying to 'fluke' it and now it feels like I would know exactly what kind of trade I am entering and its just not the 'high of day' as I previously use to limit my trades only to.Learning Level 2 is crucial if you want to learn to day trade, there is no other way around it. If you are a beginner trader, or even a little experienced but unsure how level 2 really works, GET THIS BOOK.

I have to say this is probably one of the best trading books I’ve read and I’ve read a lot of trading books. Robertas explanations are detailed and precise and I don’t think you will find a better book for level 2 and tape reading I really hope one day he writes another book as I’ll be the first to buy. Can’t rate this book highly enough

Description of book is misleading, this is for beginners only. Basic information, big fonts and diagrams, number of pages would be halved using regular sized fonts and diagrams. Level 2 and tape reading involve so much more than rudimentary information depicted.Disappointed with this purchase. Only good for beginners who are clueless about level 2 and tape reading.

I’m glad I came across this book. I had some confusion about my strategy, but after reading it, everything is now clear. Time to make some real money!

I have read a lot of books on trading and day trading. I don't believe there is any one book that can teach an individual everything they need to know to make money in the markets. This book is as close as it comes and is the most thorough book on trading I have read. I would not recommend anyone starts trading based on one book, but if it has to be one book, this is that book.
