The media could not be loaded.  When I fry up my burgers, I squirt a little bit of water on the pan then I cut out the parchment sheet to fit the frying pan.I put a little bit of olive oil on top of the parchment paper. Then I throw my burgers on…I get no hot oil splash like when I use just the pan itself. :)once my burgers are browned up and looking delicious I let the grease harden up and then I can fold it up and throw it out and the pan is a quick cleanup because it’s just water underneath!I do the same for my baked Jojos’s :) I definitely will be a repeat customer for this product!

I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to use sheets instead of the roll. No curling and always neat edges. Less stress and annoyance when I bake or roast veggies in the oven. I even cut some sheets into squares to use in my air fryer.

I ordered this originally because I was looking to cut them up and make parchment liners for my Texas sized muffin cups that were generous enough to handle the rise and taller muffins also, wouldn’t stick to the muffin when peeled off. I find that I’ve been using these sheets every time I grab my half sheet pan for any kind of roasting needs in my oven. They sit perfectly without sliding around and clean up is so much easier.
