Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen Complex Plus Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid & VIT. C

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking biotin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier - and my nails are growing like weeds! These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow (this is good since the serving size is 3/day). As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients so I’m not concerned about getting overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these for over a year and am very happy with my hair and nails. I have tried biotin and other collagen products and never saw any improvement in my nails that constantly split. This product is amazing. I see such improvement and my nails are stronger and they even grow out so that the white part shows for the first time in so long. They are not splitting and they don’t look wavy anymore. They feel much much stronger. FINALLY something that works!!!

Reversed my hair thinning and provided new growth. My nails look so much healthier now. The combination of nutrients is the key.

Have been taking this for over a year now and my hairstylist has mentioned twice how much new growth I have and less split ends. I noticed my skin isnt as dry anymore as well.

I got this because I have eds and frequently experienced joint pain. When I use these regularly I don't get the pain anymore. A added bonus is my nails are so much stronger now too. Update: This product definitely gives result. However, doing more research into collegen and what levels are ideal, I've found that this is on the low end of the amount shown to have good benefits. I'm about to switch to Micro Ingredients Multi Collagen Peptides Powder because it has up to 11 g of collegen per serving while this is only 1.6g. The price is also a big reason these are $30 and the Powder is $46 so not significantly more money for alot more product. Again though I do really like this product and it did help with what I needed it to but there are better products out there

Does ok so far.

I bought this product because I’m getting older and noticed brutal hair and excessive hair loss. However, this pill resolved my eczema that I’ve had consistently on my legs for the past 5 years. The doctors have tried anything and it would go away… but as a side effect of this pill my eczema is gone so it must be excellent for skin. Additionally I have been suffering from dry eyes for about 2 years and that also went away… so I will be buying this again as it seems to resolve perimenopause issues.

Im so happy I found capsule collagen. I've taken college in for years.As a powder in my drinks and I just don't care for it like that. I also wonder how much of it actually gets into my system or how much of it sticks to the cup. This way I know I have taken it all and I have seen results.My hair is thicker.My nails are thicker.
