I have used this for some years now, liquid biotin digests differently than tablet/pill form in my body and does not give me acne the way tablet/pill form does. I usually notice the effects of the supplement after (3-4) weeks of consistent use! It has made my nails very strong and healthy after years of working in manufacturing being exposed to various chemicals that wore down my nails. I have always had naturally long nails and eye lashes but at one point my face was burned in a small fire accident where my brows and lashes got singed off. This definitely helped to grow both back in on top of helping my baby hairs grow along my hairline! I have never been disappointed with my order and it gets shipped out in a timely manner. Personally the mixed berry flavor tastes better than the vanilla but that's my preference!

Date: New year eve 2023I have been taking this since 2019. I took a break in january 2023 and decided to use a hair oil(may-june) , which did more damage than good. (October 2023) BACK TO SBR BIOTIN! Never disappoints. I’m quite shock its still giving the same result. Formula works rapidly. Keep a routine. I take it first thing in the morning with a cup of water. I also take two droppers instead. Aiding to the fact, I drink lot of water. Best way is to take it before a meal and give it a while.For results, it takes me two days. My nails grow sharper. My hair however saw extreme growth, which I didn't realize until I washed my hair after I removed my sewin (October -December)especially with my edges. Nice and full.This is the only place I get biotin from. If its not broken don't fix it.

This thing works!!! I know a lot of people are skeptical of this product like myself but I can guarantee you it will work. The first thing I noticed was my nails, within 2 weeks it started sprouting; strong, long and tough. One month later I achieved maximum length like shown in my picture. The next thing was my hair. I had my step niece cut my hair and as you can see that was a big mistake lol, but with taking biotin for about a month it greatly grew! I had to shape it up a bit since there is still some unevenness, but for the most part it grew long, thick and filled the empty part that was so see through before! I will say it works better than the biotin pills and taste like vanilla. One tip DRINK LOADS OF WATER! I have heard of people breaking out, I didn't have any issues taking into consideration that I have PCOS. I definitely added this to a bottle of water just to be on the safe side everytime I took it or added it to my smoothies. I'm totally going to order another one!

The first week I noticed my nails growing very fast. I did trim my hair before I start taking this product, but forgot to measure and couldn't really see my results. However, I notice after the first two weeks my body had adapted to this product and I no longer felt my scalp tingling with growth or saw my nails getting longer. This is a great product if you want to be introduced to biotin. The Taste is not that bad, and it's not super pricey.Be aware, on the box it mentioned you should shake it up, make sure to do this lightly or else you will get lots of bubbles in the dropper and not know how much you're actually taking. That I think made it difficult to accurately take the same amount every day.

I’ve taken 2 bottles on two occasions. I can’t say that I’ve seen any results. Just trying to remain optimistic. The smell is OK. The taste is tolerable.

Heard a lot and seen a lot of reviews on this product can’t wait to try it out.Edit: I started using this product the week after I ordered so I could start on a fresh Monday within the first week my nails where growing like crazy.I also notice after a month of using the product my hair was growing faster and thicker literally. BUT LET ME WARN YOU this product says “healthy hair” which does not specify where the “healthy hair” will grow! Chile, I started growing hair fast EVERYWHERE underarms, legs, private parts, hunny everywhere to the poin where shaving everyday is necessary! But I also noticed clearer skin I WILL ALSO WARM YOU drink as much water as you can or you are going to be sure to break out. This product is vegan friendly! Which really got me being that I am a vegan girl myself. I’ll show you my growth results and no ma’am I am not getting paid for this review I am telling nothing but truth. Also I had stopped using this product for the simple fact that I was growing hair in other places too fast but I have since then restarted taking the vitamins. Tastes like vanilla extract literally and smells like it too leaves a small after taste but chew some gum it goes away! I say it’s worth the $18

I used this consistently for a month and have noticed tremendous results in my hair and nail growth. I bought it to help boost my hair growth as I'm growing out layers. The thing with biotin is that it does enhance hair growth, but all it is not only geared towards the hair on your head. You will see hair growth all over your body. This is the case with any form of biotin. In the past I have taken biotin in pill form, but I have a difficult time being consistent with pills. It has been more convenient for me to take this liquid form in the morning and the taste is good. I noticed that I did start to break out from this when I stopped drinking enough water. I typically drink 3 liters a day and when I do I didn't get any acne, but there was a week when my water intake depleted to 3 cups of water a day, and this was the only time I had a breakout while taking the biotin.
