Seriously impressed by how well it holds temp for what's essentially a glorified styrofoam container. It actually lowered the temp of water placed in it over a4 hour period in 102 degree weather. Cambro makes quality.

These boxes are much lighter in weight than the normal hard plastic Cambro products. They still hold food hot for 4+ hours and are ideal for transporting foods. They stack easily and are pretty durable for a foam box. As far as cleaning they are not as easy as the hard plastic Cambro boxes since they have some porous areas that can hold onto food residues. We normally wash well and leave the lid off to dry and air well.

I have a number of the hard sided Cambros and wanted to try this lightweight one. It really works well for small orders and is really light. I think it will hold up as long as things don't get banged into it.
