Weak tea.
It's good stuff it's just very weak for a good tea you need to use 3 pack in 1 brew and know that they jacked the price up it's no longer worth it to me plus not even prime anymore they can keep it.

Heard this helps with sciatica. I was trying everything, along with pain pills prescribed by my doctor. I don't know if it was a combo of everything or if it was this product, but it helped me get me relief faster, but I'd buy them again.

This tea is incredible
First of all please do your research on this herbal tea as his has incredible benefits for your everyday health. If you truly battle back pain or discomfort it really works it’s like a mini muscle relaxer and clears your mind. I been using this product for past 7 yrs. the taste is not great but if you add honey with some lemon juice does the trick to taste amazing. Other than taste this is best stuff out there

I LOVE THIS TEA
I love this tea. I usually like to add sweetness to my teas but this one is perfect without added sweetness. I have suffered injuries to my spine and lower back that cause me much pain and inability to sleep at night. I prepare a big mug of 4 bags of this tea to start drinking in the evening and then through the night when I awaken. For the first time in decades, I am able to get some rest. Also extremely beneficial for me has been Solomon's Seal in tea form and and in liquid form taken under the tongue. These things have helped tremendously.

Hot water
Ordered this w hopeful anticipation it could help w my muscle pain. After steeping the bag in boiling water for over 5 minutes the tea was translucent and had no flavor. It was more less just hot water and not eligible for return. Very disappointed and a waste money.
