Best helmet I ever bought
I'm amazed with how well this helmet cuts through the wind. I have a Naked bike without windshield and wind has always been a problem for me, but this helmet cuts through the wind in a way no other helmet has done it before, and trust me because I've bought before expensive helmets from recognized brands thinking that it will get a good helmet and the result has been terrible.Love how simplistic it looks, super confortable. My only concern is that, it's not as light as a carbon (obviously), I don't use cameras on helmets but I assume that with a camera it will be more heavier. I'd love to see a Carbon version of the X-14, would definitely buy it.In conclusion: Aerodynamics are top notch. Beautiful helmet, not that light but still worth every penny.

Great helmet - DOT and Snell rated
Yes its expensive but its also the most important piece of gear you can get if you have a bike. Its really more for a sport bike because of the way it controls airflow. If you have a bike that is more sport / cruiser, or straight cruiser, you will want to consider other options. This helmet is quite comfortable, safe and visibility is great. Plus the antfog technology in this works really great. DOT and SNELL approved - You wont be disappointed.

This helmet met all my expectations. I bought this helmet going into a track day. First session was 82 degrees F out and venting was the main reason why I purchased it. I was instantly cooled and has less fatigue due to the light wight material of the helmet. Visibility was a huge improvement from my last helmet which gave me more confidence. I love this helmet and would recommend it to anyone that is interested.

Top Helmet!
Solid product. DoT and SNELL approved. Top (#1) security rating on UK’s SHARP. Highly recommended. Note that it will feel extremely tight the first few times you put it on. It is completely normal. I love my x-fourteen!

Good helmet, can't even tell the wind is hitting you when you turn your head. Downside is it's heavy!! If you add a GoPro it's even heavier! You'll feel it

Awesome Helmet!
It is just as Shoei has always been with design and features. This one fits a little tight in the cheek pads compared to others I have had from Shoei.The disappointment is that the smaller cheek pads are out of stock from every distributor in the nation. Not sure what that is all about but none the less I ordered the and will wait like everyone else. Unusual from my experience with Shoei but I guess every good business has their struggles.Very happy with the helmet though.
