Perfect Fluffy Vegan Pancakes
I have tried a few vegan friendly pancake mixes but nothing beats this formula! The pancakes come out fluffy and I can add more ingredients to spice the mix up. Love it!

These actually taste great! I was hesitant about the plant protein but I couldn’t even tell. My husband even liked them and he usually doesn’t like “healthy pancakes.” Very easy to make. They were pretty fluffy and not too dense. Did not cause me any stomach upset. Only downside is that you don’t get much for what you purchase. We are a family of 4, and I got 2 breakfasts out of it.

Favorite Pancake mix with clean ingredients!
As the parent of a VERY picky child, these are a go to for just about any meal! They work great on the stove for pancakes or in a waffle maker. We love them both ways, especially with a little cinnamon or pumpkin spice!
