This was a well-received gift to very dear friends of ours. It was personal and fit the occasion splendidly!I chose to rate this four stars due to the fact that some of the coloring behind the lettering began to seep into the wood grain. Just a minor bit and we think that living in a humid subtropical climate may have precipitated the slight discoloration. The gifties actually admired that discoloration /uniqueness thinking perhaps we “lovingly” crafted this from scratch, which made them appreciate the gift even more.
