Item does not have leg boot cuff velcro, it has metal buttons at the cuff not length wise!Ok, turns out when you look at the right end there is velcro. I will be eating crow. I had hoped that the velcro was vertical and not around the cuff.there is velcro and it is around the cuff, not my preference.
