Q: Does this nozzle or any flashforge adventurer 3 nozzle have a hardened nozzle to work with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber Nylons ?

Not that i know of. If you do want to use abrasive filament i think youd have to swap the nozzle completely.

Q: Is there any reason not to use the 265C max temp nozzle all the time instead of using the 240C nozzle when the higher temp isn't needed?

So far I haven’t found a reason. Other than the higher temps making your room a little unbearable, and I haven’t looked to see if it affects my electric bill. It works with all filaments. I mainly use it with PETG. So I guess what I’m saying is I’m not sure.

Came pre-owned with filament still inside. otherwise prints well

The last one stopped working after 2 months so I got this one. Was preowned as there was still filament inside and it was scuffed up. but print quality was still good

Got the high speed nozzle not high speed

So got high speed nozzle and printer is adv4 with latest firmware and lastest flash print. It does not print any faster then my old one. After testing it the print times did not change even tested it by choosing the hs pla option not happy with this dont waste your money until flashforge put out more clarification on how to use it are what to truly expect.
