This is the 2nd order for this particular ceiling fan... Package arrived next day after order. Fan box was placed in a larger cardboard box for shipping, it bounced around during shipping but the manufacturers box arrived in good shape. The fan was very well packaged, instructions were adequate even though I didn't use them. The fan came with a 6" downrod. It was replacing an older ceiling fan with a 24" downrod, so I had to make some modifications... not difficult, a little time consuming. I had to lengthen the 2 wiring harnesses (6 wires) by about 18". I soldered and shrink rapped the connections. The wires for the DC fan were quite a bit thinner then normal AC wiring, so I had to be a little careful in the stripping/soldering. I took the 24" downrod from the old fan, and compared it to the downrod that came with the Ocioc fan... it would work without any problems so I simply painted in matte black and it looks perfect. The fan installed easily. When I turned the power on, Alexa found it immediately and I was able to add it to my existing devices. (I already had the SmartLife App installed.) The remote control that came with the unit works well, but I don't need it since Alexa controls it very nicely. The blades seem to be perfectly balanced, no wobble at any speed. It is also extremely quiet... no fan motor noise, only the sound of the air. The fan has 6 speed levels, 1 - 6. Level 1 is a pleasant movement of air, level 6 is VERY strong... can't image using it at all. I have used level 2 a few times, but I normally keep it at level 1. The LED light works well, and can change temperature from bright sun light to warm yellow. My only criticism about this fan is that while the light can be adjusted from 1 to 100% brightness, I wish there was a bigger intensity difference between the two extremes... even at 1% it is brighter then what I hoped for. The fan has only been running a few days, but so far I would highly recommend it!

Works perfect for no more that 3-4 months. Then it goes bad. Excellent light tho! Now I have to change all four! Do not buy. GO to Home Depot instead.

The fan is very stylish and modern looking; light weight and easy to assemble and install. I took off one star because even on the lowest speed the fans spins too fast and too noisily for my tastes. Also the LED light delays coming on when you turn on the switch. Minor nits, not deal-breakers for me.

Love the style! Perfect match for my house! Also, the flat light cover makes it look nicer! I hate the ones with rounded plastic covers - they look 1990’s! This one is perfect and my hubby had no issues installing with the instructions! Very functional and good power when on! Keeps room cool and it is right by our slider between our kitchen and FR. No noise at all when on!

Powerful fan. Easy set up, but it stopped working 5 months later. They have problems with the driver (power regulator) and unless you know how to replace them, you will spend lots more trying to fix them. Update, the seller was able to send me a replacement driver and controller. It was easy to replace and it fixed the issue.

Llegaron antes de tiempo, el material de los abanicos parecen ser de buena calidad, instalados, muy silenciosos y proporcionan mas flujo de aire comparado con los que tenia anteriormente.

Falla muy pronto en un apagón y cuando regreso ya no funcionó y la pieza dañada que es el modulo compre 2 y ninguno es lo hace funcionar
