This Xbox is just what we wanted and needed for a fun filled family game night. It came on time and in perfect condition with 2 amazing games with the console. We truly are happy with our purchase and definitely recommend.

Not Happy
Terrible Renewed XBox 360 Kinect!!! It kept shutting down after 2 minutes.We could not get it to work right. I am very disappointed.Not to mention I am not getting a refund after sending it back!!! Apparently this product isn't eligible for a refund 🤔. Beware of RENEWED PRODUCTS.BUY BRAND NEW ONLY.

Seems in perfect condition
Product was packaged well, and protected for shipping. It took me a while (thanks to YouTube videos) to get the controller synced, but that was on me. The included games are perfect for my five-year-old, active grandson. Everything seems to work perfectly.

Would not connect to WiFi, ip address errors. Would only work if plugged in directly to ethernet, worked with Xbox customer service to no avail, as well as another IT professional.

Upset bc the controller didn't work. Had to buy another one. Three other controller came with a receiver.
