Nizoral Scalp Itch Relief Liquid 2oz

This is great stuff! I have very thin hair. My scalp is very oily and itchy. Dandruff is not a problem but my scalp is scaly. Tried the expensive stuff. This is just as good. It is a clear liquid solution that I put in a small spray bottle. Use a couple of times a day. Doesn’t stiffen but does hold my hair in place.

Good effective treatment. This arrived securely packaged in a brown shipping box. Inside was a white product box. Inside that was the bottle, which had a thick plastic wrap on it. The bottle itself had a 3-layer seal on the opening -- paper, foil, and plastic. The product is liquid, but not oily. It contains Hydrocortisone, to relieve itch, which it does IMMEDIATELY. It contains Menthol to provide cooling; Aloe and Vitamin E to help with healing; and Hyaluronic Acid to soften the plaque on the scalp so it is looser and healthier. I have a severe case of itchy scalp that went on for months. I tried many treatments, which helped by did not get me over and past this situation. I am now on the 5th day of using Nizoral and my scalp is 75% healed. I am using the Nizoral very sparingly in hopes one bottle will be enough. Thickness -- it is thin and watery. Scent - I do not notice any. Value - the price is reasonable. Rinseability - it washed right off with a regular hair wash. Quality - IT WORKS!!!

This product actually resolved my flaky scalp and its now my main relief for completely getting rid of flakes and itchiness. Straight up resolved the issue entirely for me. I was quite gross before with my flakiness so I'm extremely grateful for this.

I wish I could give this 100 stars! It's a miracle in a bottle! My teenage daughter has been struggling with pretty severe seborrheic dermatitis since she hit puberty. We went to the dermatologist, the shampoo they prescribed made her hair so weak and brittle that it broke off so bad. Thank God I know how to braid with extensions so she didn't have too much trauma having to go to school with such short hair. I was able to get the flakes under control by washing her hair every couple of days like maybe 4-5 days which is hard because she has natural 4a/4b hair. So even though the flakes were under control her hair was still weak and brittle from all the washing and we had to be very careful of what type of hair products we used because just about anything would cause a flare up. Well I decided to give this a try after trying just about everything I could find, and I know it sounds too good to be true, but it honestly worked after 1 application. I noticed there were no flakes even days later. I was able to wait 2 weeks before I had to wash her hair! I've been using it for several months, just maybe 1-2 applications per month. The only time I've seen the flakes is when I recently ran out and didn't use it. Otherwise she just gets mild flaking in specific areas when her hair needs to be washed, which is usually after like 2 weeks. I don't even have to use any special shampoos or conditioners, just a clarifying shampoo with tea tree oil. The only negative is that its very runny and the bottle is quite small, but it definitely is a game changer and I hope they never stop making it!

The product work and does a great job quelling the itch. The problem is the bottle itself. I have purchased twice and both bottles leak badly when they are on their side. So do not pack on luggage for travel, and don’t put in your purse or pocket. Nizoral should put this product in a reliable bottle. I am returning to a prescription formula so I don’t have to worry that the bottle leaks all over my stuff!

Let me start off by saying I feel like I've tried everything. SERIOUSLY, everything. I cut my hair in 1998, (in the 8th grade) and have had this PATCH of super dry scalp on the back of my neck, at the bottom of my hair line - SINCE. Almost 30 years y'all. I've been to a dermatologist, I've used essential oils, I've used special shampoo, I've used Aragon, coconut, olive, jababoa or whatever it's called, hemp oil, like you name it, I've tried it. I also have super hard well water and use a filtered shower head attachment so I'm sure that doesn't help either because it just seems to trigger this dry patch of scaley, flakey skin fungus that has slowly worked it's way around my entire scalp and into my ears. I don't drink nearly enough water on top of ALL of these other issues so I'm sure I'm just triggering this dry patch constantly. I don't even remember how or why I came across this product. Could have been a TikTok video, could have been mindless scrolling and adding stuff to my Amazon cart out of boredom but.. I stumbled across this product, read the reviews and thought why not? I've given everything else a chance so let's try this one. Y'all. I have had this bottle less than a WEEK. The day after it was delivered, I opened it up, read the instructions and started the same ol' routine I've been doing or trying for 26 years. Rub it in the scalp, use my nubby thing and wait to see what happens. Tingles. Tingles happened. Tingles that sparked a small joy. No smell, not an oil either. Easy to use. Went to bed and came home the next day and did it all over again. More tingles. More joy. This time I put a couple drops on a q-tip and rubbed all over in each ear. More tingles. More joy. A spark of hope. Went to bed. The next day, took a shower before work, towel dried my hair and rubbed the miracle scalp sauce all over my head and again in my ears. Tingles of INSTANT JOY AND HOPE. Came home and used my ear scope thing to dig out the dry patches in my ear that I've had for almost ten years. Minimal patches = MAXIMUM JOY. I've had this product less than a week and have NOT applied it 2-3 times a day like I believe it instructs you to do. I've applied it once daily since I opened the package and my 26 year scalp issue is 90% GONE. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH JOY THIS BRINGS ME? To not be self conscious of wearing a dark shirt for fear of nasty white chunks of dead skin cells all over it? To be able to straighten my hair without scalp confetti surrounding me afterwards? To scratch my ear and not have any scalp scabs to tear out. To wear my ear buds without having any skin confetti clinging to them. 26 years of dealing with this scalp situation and it's 90% gone within a few days and I still have a half bottle left. 10 out of 5 stars. If ANYONE is struggling with scaley scalp issues, do yourself a favor and just order it. Try it. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me! I'll still be using it til I see it's completely cleared up and even ordering another bottle for backup or possible future flare ups but I will absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone I see that asks how I finally got rid of my 26 year old scalp rash.
