I used this for a week. I think it helped give me some energy. I didn't notice a change in my libido. Doing research, I was careful because Macca root can be contraindicated with Estradiol which I'm on. I kinda wish it said something about this in the description. It's an alcohol based tincture, so sober people should be aware. The taste is not unpleasant.
