Ensure the rubbery caps are fitted to each end and place the springy end of the pole into position on the wall and position the other end higher or lower. Pull or push (depending on where you are standing) the non-springy end of the pole towards the springy end of the pole, then slowly lower or raise the other end so that the two end are level. Once level, fit shower curtain rings and shower curtain (not included) Please Note: If the tube has been drawn out too far, remove the end caps. Twist and pull out the tubes completely, then place the thinner inner pole back inside the outer pole and start again. If you need to shorten the length of the pole to fit between your walls, you will need to saw the pole that does not have the inner springy pole fitted inside.
