I take them both and find that it works very well for me. When my son, 30 years old, was recovering from knee surgery, I gave them both to him . it has been a year since he has taken them , he is now 33, and no longer needs to take either one. I discovered these which made it seem like it would speed up the ligament healing process. I’m on my second bottle… The first 4 weeks I took 2 pills with each meal (6pills/day). Now I’m taking 2 pills/day. It could be helping me along with all the PT and resting I’m doing, but definitely nothing drastic like a lot of these reviews say.
