I find in using this supplement it gives me the added energy I was so in need of. I often felt tired and lacking energy. I had no issues in swallowing the capsules. I feel good knowing that I am using a master antioxidant protecting my body from inflammation on the inside, keeping me mentally clear. In using this product , I had no issues or interactions to my prescription medications. I actually feel better and seem to have more energy and strength physically and mentally. Pure Science is a great company, this product is a wonderful value (provided that your body responds to L Carnitine), and I like that these are vegetarian capsules. But after taking two of these daily for six weeks and not seeing any results (except for some digestive issues), I'm afraid to cut back the dosage. I'll cut back and stick with this a little longer to see how this goes. Will report back in six more weeks.Tl;dr: This could be a good product, but it's probably not for me.

Caused stomach pain the first few times that I took it then I developed a headache that lasted all day. I will not be taking this anymore.

I'm 49 years old and I've been suffering from depression on and off for the last 2 years. In addition, lately I've been having memory problems and just feeling my mind was very foggy. Also I've been studying the piano for the last 4 1/2 years and I noticed that I was having more and more problems learning pieces. I've taken multi-vitamins before but either they seen to offer little benefit or they make me irritable. I do take a B vitamin supplement which seems to help with energy and with my mood but it didn't do anything for my focus and memory. The ingredients seemed along the line of what I was already taking- the B vitamins and the explanation of how the product worked made sense and didn't seem risky. I've been taking these for two weeks and it has changed my life. The first day I took it- literally within an hour I noticed a difference. After a few days the change in how I felt and the clarity of my mind was undeniable. Not only is my mind clearer and my energy levels higher but I feel more positive, relaxed and motivated. My piano study has also shown significant improvement. Pieces seem to easier to learn and I am sight reading much faster. I've only written a few reviews for a products even though I've spent thousands on Amazon but I am so impressed and happy with the results of this product I just want to share what it has done for me in case others might benefit. I don't know that it will work for everyone but it has certainly helped me. Also, I'm very sensitive to supplements and medication so I've only been taking one each morning rather than three. One day when I was feeling extremely sluggish because I hadn't slept well, I took a second one which really helped me get focused and energized for the remainder of the day. If I continue to have the positive results I've experienced in the last two weeks then I imagine I will be a life long customer. Great product!
