Poorboy's WorldPB-BBG16 Bright Tyre Gel

Tyre dressings don't come any better than in GEL form. PoorBoys have built their reputation on supplying good quality products that are easy to use & provide superior results, this dressing is no exception. To achieve the best results the tyre wall must be properly cleaned and degreased to remove any 'old dressing' and road grime. I wash the wheels & tyres first, then spray a degreaser (Meguiars Super Degreaser diluted 4:1 does a great job) onto the tyre wall & scrub with a stiff-bristled brush (be careful not to touch the alloy). I then use a cloth to dry the tyre, the dressing seems to go on better & last longer than if applied while the surface is still wet. I use a detail brush to apply the product by squeezing a 10p-size amount onto the end of the brush, then 'dabbing' around the edge of the tyre & spreading evenly, ensuring a thin coat.The beauty of using a brush, is that it can get into all the surface lines and grooves, covering perfectly, it can be applied using other methods (e.g. applicator sponge) but I've found the brush is not only the cleanest/easiest way but also provides the best result. A single layer with leave a Mat/Gloss finish, a double layer gives a Super-Gloss look, your tyres will never have looked better, stand back & be amazed, show car stuff indeed...

I have tried so many over the years and this, along with their polishes and glazes, is by far the best tyre gel I have ever used, not the cheapest BUT you get what you pay for....highly recommended.

Good product. I had a different brilliant product 2 years ago but due to legislation it had to be modified to rid it of voc's, Volatile Organic Compounds and it has never been the same since as a gel. This product comes close. There's a nice sheen to the tyre side wall. After a lengthy drive on a wet motorway the side wall turned matt from sheen but still looked presentable.

Looks and smells great.Very easy to apply.The only down side is it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.Still my recommendation for tyre shine though.

Easier to apply and does give wheels a good shine with out slinging product over the car but you still get the product coming off on sponge when cleaning wheels on the next wash.
