Filter leaves floating things in water
The first week or two that I used the pitcher it seemed to be working well. This week I began to notice floating things in my water. I ran several tanks of water through (sink, jug and bottled) and they all had floating specks. If you order one of these, pay close attention to the water. Look at it through a clear glass to make sure there is nothing floating. Could be a flaw with the filter, but I have no interest to try an exchange. For all I know, the floating things have been in the water the entire time and I just did not notice.

We like the fast purification of the pitcher and I do notice a difference in taste, but one question I can’t find the answer to:Where do we order a replacement filter once it’s time to replace?
