When I was wearing boots, my feet would be killing me at the end of the day and I couldn't wait to get home home and take off my boots. With these New Balance shoes, my feet felt so good at the end of the day I didn't want to take off my shoes. These shoes are an absolute game changer. They are wonderful and so comfortable to walk in. I also really like the slip resistant sole. My boots were smooth on the bottom for walking inside. When I had to walk through a wet or snowy parking lot, or a wet or oily spill on the floor inside, I would slip and actually had a couple of falls. These shoes solve all of the problems I needed solved. The only question I have now is how well they will hold up. They are very well made and sturdy, so I don't see that as being an issue at all. These are seriously great shoes. If you are having any type of foot pain at work, buy these and get a good orthopedic insert. You will be amazed at how much better your feet and ankles will feel.
