Works great. If use the vent clips I recommend use super glue to keep the clips attached to the ashtray. The tends to pop out when removing the base to empty.

Still haven’t used it yet but it is set up in the car the clips fit perfectly and it looks amazing in the car it’s not bad quality ether and the light is really bright

The light stopped working after a few weeks, but I was fine with that. After around 18 months I noticed a weird smell after putting out a cigarette and noticed it burned a hole through the plastic by the rim. At least the bottom was still fine. Since it was on sale, I ordered the same one to replace it now

This item is plastic. It WILL melt the spot where you put your cig out. Not too much but definitely shouldn't be melting at all. Which makes it a fire hazard. So if you need to put your smoke out somewhere else then this isn't a worthwhile purchase. Disappointed. **Update** So I've been using this ashtray until I can get a better one and the light already died on me and I got this thing on the 17th. It was flickering when I got it. And more disappointing, the lid has become difficult to close. Like you have to force it shut and it sounds like it is breaking every time you close it. Please don't bother buying this piece of junk to use as an ashtray. Also the vent clips do not work for my car. They only work for vents that go horizontally

Not bad for the money. A little flimsy and cheaply made, but, it's an ashtray. I wasn't expecting something phenomenal. It does it's job. Keeps my car from smelling like an ashtray. That was my main goal for purchasing this type of car ashtray.

I use this in my car so I don't have to worry about getting ashes in my car. I can dump it out and store it in my console. I love it

Pretty bummed about this one. It does NOT fit any of the vents of my 2017 Toyota Yaris iA. Even when I stuff it in the horizontal slots, it falls out when making an even mild turn, and starts to jut out when opening the lid. This is my 3rd car ashtray I have tried, and by far the worst. The material is really cheap and the lid doesn't vacuum seal like the other (and actually cheaper) other ones I've had. Obviously I've already used it because I was in a pinch so I can't send it back, but I would not recommend it over other ones I have previously bought.

i bought it as a gift for my dad. he loves it. i bought him another one & it’s been 2 years. i was just tired of seeing cigarette butts everywhere.
