Very easy to assemble and looks great!! Love that it has the dvds and they fit perfectly in the saucer!! Looks like the original starship enterprise!!

This was the 2009 DVD promotion for the Kelvin era Star Trek reboot movie. Was only sold through Target and sold out quickly. The saucer of the Enterprise model was the storage case for the two DVDs. There is engraved detail on the saucer and the model is finished with painted markings. About the same length as the Polar Lights 1/1000 scale TOS Enterprise and the Refit Enterprise. Have never seen this size model of the Kelvin era Enterprise offered since 2009. Looks like a very accurate model of the movie Enterprise.

I love this as it is cheaper then and Eaglemoss and still has detail.

Did not know this would be the DVD case from 2009 special edition. It did come with the 2DVD's.
