Excellent service, excellent produt!
Excellent product and excellent customer service! Seller was happy to make any changes or adjustments in the process. I was afraid this would delay things, but it really didn't seem to cause much, if any delay. They were even able to add a finishing touch on it just before shipping! I was super happy with the bobblehead, it looked exactly as I had hoped. Definitely a satisfied customer and this will be my go-to spot for any future bobblehead purchases!

sooo beautiful!!! and just like the picture I sent. it took a little bit to be delivered but i understand its a custom design and I placed the order in christmas so not complain just make sure you order it with extra time.

Such a fantastic gift! The customer service is excellent - they made every change I requested and were so patient with me. It was worth the money for such a precious keepsake. Packaged very securely. Key note: They send you photo updates each step of the way to get your feedback, and through those messages you can attach more pictures - so a close up of a face or a detail. Unfortunately the emails from their customer support went to my junk mail and so I missed them for weeks. So check your junk mail!

I am so FREAK'N impressed. I was so hesitant at first, but now that it has arrived, we are dying. My girlfriend has had multiple "caricatures" of herself done and none of them had hit the mark.This one hits it....100%. We can't stop laughing.
