Brilliant wand. Couldn't be without it now.
I love this wand. It heats really quickly, gives beautiful results and is good enough to use as a professional stylist. I never cope with the gloves given to protect your hands and fingers from the barrel when in use, but this one is comfortable (if I could work with one on)... However, be warned that if you are using the glove to switch barrels whilst the barrel is still hot, it isn't heatproof enough to do this! (Maybe you would be unlikely to need to do this, unless you are using it professionally)

Disappointing
My daughter bought this product but unfortunately the first order had a mechanical fault and the curler wouldn't heat anymore. We got a replacement product but that has now the same issues after 2 uses... Product looks great and comes in a nice presentation box with all useful items, but this is really disappointing and not at all reassuring, to have 2 of the same products with the same fault.

Broken in less than a year
Unfortunately this item has broken in less than 12months. I ordered November last year and its no longer working as of September this year. Very disappointed

Awesome curling wand - Definitely recommend!
I bought the HRD wide plate straightening iron and because it works like a dream on my thick hair I decided to try the H2D Magical X3+ curling wand. To be honest I am a beginner with a curling wand and I am really pleased to say the X3+ made it really easy.And I have to say it is super awesome - my hair is thick and can easily go frizzy. So I straightened my hair and then went to use the curling wand each time I used the three different sizes.The large wand gave me the blow dried bouncy look.The middle wand gave me a wave with a little more definition in the curl andthe smallest want gave me a perfect tight definition curl.There are 3 interchangeable wands which make the curls range from large bouncy curls to tighter ringlets. All you have to do is clip the barrel in and turn it to lock it in place. The temperature can be chosen and it goes to 210 degrees and it takes seconds to heat up but the great thing is there is a digital display and the heat can be adjusted.I loved that the wand has an extra long cord and that the curling wand has no clamp so I don’t need to worry about my hair catching in the clamp or my fingers getting burned putting my hair into the clamp. You get a heat resistant mat which is great for setting it down and the heat resistant glove is perfect to get the ends of my hair as close to the wand as I could. I didn’t need to hold the hair around for too long to heat up.My overall verdict is the X3 is high quality, you can make perfect curls easily. Definitely recommend and I will be using it every week.

Broke After 3 Uses No Response From Seller
Broke after 3 uses. I have informed the seller but received no response at all. Definitely not worth spending your money on particularly as the customer service is completely non-existent!

Worth every penny
This came well packaged and would make a brilliant gift because of this. Heats up fast and is easy to use. I would recommend h2d products.
