Part missing
The lever to move the seat up and down was missing. Which meant my daughter couldn’t have it straight away. We had to take it to a bike shop and pay extra for that part.

Might be missing screws
Love the style of the bike and my little one hasn't got off it since getting it she is over the moon with it. Only thing is it is missing the screw for the doll seat and mudguard 😔 as box for the screws was open.

Bike is actually pretty, But came with several parts missing, Example Nuts and bolts.
Was brought for granddaughter birthday, Couldn't send it back as time my husband put together it was to late.

Assemble before hand and check for snags!
Lovely little bike, really sturdy but the back wheel was seized. A bit annoying as it was only discovered on her birthday but we had it repaired and she loves it.

Missing seat post
Went to put this bike together this evening ready for my daughters 4th birthday tomorrow and we were distraught to find that it was missing the main piece which is the seat post!!Please either send us a seat post for this bike ASAP or we would like a refund.Luckily the post off her old bike just fits on to it but its a smaller bike it doesn't allow any room for growing so is only tempory so she can at least have a whole bike to see on her birthday.
