These do a nice job covering up background sounds. The work their way out, but that is because I have wonky ears.

Your better off getting the disposable ones they will fit in your ears better and black out the noise better these are not noise canceling whatsoever I’m sending them back what a waste of money

Perfect for noise reduction and overall value is good. Colors are fun as well. Only complaint, my ears sweat and itched after wearing several nights.

Likes: Comfortable and have adjustable sizes. Reduce the volume of sound around you. Still allows some hearing, so I found them to be good for when my neighbors play their music loudly. It blocked the loud music through the wall but I could still hear when my phone, turned up on loud, was ringing. Good value for the price as well. I liked the carrying case and having two pair in case I lose one.Dislikes: I felt a little insecure about how the different sizes attach to the base. They feel like they could fall off if you tried to force them into your ears and the sizing was wrong. I was careful, however, and once I got the sizing right, they were good.

The media could not be loaded.  These Sleep Ear Plugs are made of comfortable silicone material that fits well in my ears. It's convenient that they come in different sizes (XS to L) so I can find the best fit for my ears. I personally use the XS size, which I believe would also be suitable for most women with small ears. Additionally, each size comes in a pack of 2, allowing me to wash one pair while having a replacement. The accompanying carry case can hold either 2 pairs of earplugs or 1 pair with a silicone cord attached.It is important to properly insert the earplugs into the ear canals for them to work effectively. It should be noted that they reduce noise but don't completely silence it. I can still hear some sounds, but they are at a minimal level that no longer causes disturbances.Overall, I appreciate these earplugs for sleep because of their quantity, quality, and effectiveness. Nice earplugs that fit well when you get the right size end on them. They do stay in all night and they aren't particularly uncomfortable for me as a side sleeper. You get spares of each size too which is a nice touch, as they'll need to be cleaned and that's always the bit that I seem to lose too. I've worn these in a noisy environment to protect my already damaged hearing and they worked to reduce sound levels. A major point here though is that they say that these earplugs offer tinnitus relief. These earplugs do not relieve my existing tinnitus. I believe that had I consistently worn earplugs like these years ago, and protected my hearing, I would perhaps not have tinnitus now, but now I have it these earplugs don't help.

Ces bouchons d'oreilles sont très bien surtout pour ceux qui ont de très petites oreilles ou des conduits de tailles différentes, les embouts étant ajustable en taille c'est facile d'y trouver sont bonheur.Deux paires sont fourni également.Seul petit point noir, ils sont moins efficace en terme de filtration du son sur des bouchons d'oreilles classique, attention donc si le but c'est de vraiment s'isoler d'un environnement très bruyant.En revanche si le but c'est, par exemple, de ce couper de sa compagne qui ronfle, il font merveille
