A good chair if you're a heavy person (400lbs +)
I got this chair yesterday and have been using it for a while now. I'll start with the assembly. It really only took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair on my own. The instructions are pretty straight forward and they do a good job labeling and packaging the screws and bolts that come with it. The backrest was the one part that was somewhat difficult but it only took me an extra minute. In terms of comfort, this chair is really not bad. I haven't started sinking yet and I would need to check in later on as I get more time to use but so far it's comfortable, sturdy. It could use more cushion but this is not a deal breaker for me.The packaging could use some work. I'd like for the company to think over how to use less cardboard because it's insane how much cardboard I got along with the chair and I feel it was unnecessary.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'd like to write back in the future to see how my chair holds up but it's definitely an upgrade to the uncomfortable gaming chair that damaged my glutes and knees.Update 5-10-21-- I'm a believer now that this is the chair for someone really big (400+ lbs). It has helped improved my posture a bit, it's still sturdy. My only gripe with it so far is that the tilt lever does not seem to stay in place so if you move a lot, it may loosen up and you could tilt backwards accidentally. Other than that, maybe a bit more cushion would be nice. Certainly not the perfect office chair but it is THE chair for up large folks.

Solid task chair for large people.
I needed a replacement chair for home that had a large frame and solid components, since I am 6' 3" and 290. The majority of office chairs creak ominously when I sit on them, this one seems solid so far. I chose this one based on user reviews, web research on good chairs for large people, and price point. Based on the weight of the chair, design and assembly it looks like it will likely hold up well.Construction: All frame components are steel and seem very solid.Comfort:Pro: Seat cushion is firm, backing is mesh, so it is cooler and lumbar support is adjustable and provides a good back support. I am in the middle of the sitting height adjustment, so it works for me. Recline tensioner seems nice and stiff so you do not go flying backwards when reclining.Con: Arm height adjustment at its max seems a little low for me, but will likely be okay, this may be an issue if you are taller or have a long torso. Would be nice if they offered a higher back or head rest, but will not likely use this chair to recline all the way in, so not a significant issue.Logistics: Box is about 65 lbs and a little bulky, so you may want assistance in moving it.Packaging: Parts are well packaged with simple directions (assembly is so easy you may not need the directions)Assembly: Assembly is straight forward and can easily be performed solo in 15 minutes. I would advise using a cordless drill with a 3/16" allen bit. I placed a pillow under the seat cushion, and placed the cushion, cushion side down near the edge of the table. There are 16 screws in all. Make sure and thread by hand prior to tightening them with drill.Adjustments:Armrests height is adjustable from 5 1/4" (low) to 7 5/8" (high) - measured from seat. Even at high adjustment it seems a bit low.Armrest width is adjustable from 20 1/4"(at armrest) 23 1/2"(at support bar), to 22 1/4" (at armrest) 25 1/2" (at support bar)Seat Height adjustable from 18 1/2" lowest to 21 1/2" highest (measured from floor to seat top)Recliner has adjustable tensioner and can be locked in the upright position.

Decent for those of us who are Big, but not Tall.
I'm 5'1" and about 350lbs (65" waist). I bought this chair in October 2021 for $345, and it's still going strong six months later. The seat depth (19") is the shortest I've found for a "Big & Tall" chair, and I actually have a little space between the seat and the back of my knee. At the lowest height setting (also 19"), both of my heels can touch the ground. The padding of the seat has held up over time, and I can go for hours at a stretch feeling quite comfortable. The seat is wide and spacious, and I can sit with my legs apart as I prefer. My only complaint is the tilting. When the tilting mechanism is unlocked, the seat tilts back as soon as you're not actively leaning forward, which takes some getting used to, and which means the seat is essentially tilted back to some degree 99% of the time. Additionally, the seat and the back tilt together, so when tilted, the seat makes contact with the back of my knees and pulls my heels into the air, which (I believe) causes some fluid retention in my legs. (All I know is, when I'm working from home I have to wear compression socks, and when I'm in the office, I don't.) And when the tilting mechanism is locked, you can still feel a small amount of movement between leaning forward and sitting up straight, and the chair makes a metallic "thunk" when you lean back and hit the locking mechanism, which is annoying. The tilting mechanism is my reason for taking off a star, otherwise it's quite a nice chair.

Extremely solid and comfortable
Was looking for a big chair as I'm a bit bigger than the average guy. At 240, 6'1 - this chair is even a bit too big for me! I still really like it. Cons:The lumbar support is negligible, it usually slips out of place pretty fast. The arm rest width adjustment usually slips back out too - the furthest setting is too far for me.Pros:If you're a really big person, this thing should be more than enough - its extremely sturdy and heavy.Breathable mesh material. Let's your skin breath. One thing I'd reccomend Is to get armrest and seat cushions, the extra support is needed for me.
