The description said it had LED lighting and it came with out the lights. It turned out to be a Mistake in the description.

The freezer looks very professional and I love the glass top so you can see what's inside. Worked as advertised!

The temperature freezes everything into granite

Unit looks extremely sleek and works flawlessly, no issues what to ever and nice that it comes with hotel pans inside. Didn’t take long to be freezing cold and easy to adjust the temperature if needed.Works great as an ice cream station and will be the centre of attention!

We bought this a month before our restaurant opened, so we missed the return window as we didn't use it in time to notice the problems. First, the temperature. It goes up and down constantly from 3 degrees up to 14. We have it set on 5. This fluctuation is not from being open and closed - it is constant. It condensates inside and out all the time. There is always condensation on the outside around the lid, on top of the lid, and on the inside top of the lid. I don't mind having to defrost once a week, but this thing frosts up so bad every couple of days that the pans won't even set straight, and it builds up around the lid and has to be scraped off for the lid to shut properly. We don't sell a high volume of gelato, so ours is open maybe 15 times a day. I don't recommend it, and if I had been smart, I would have plugged it in and watched it right away, so we could have returned it. Now I'm stuck with it for quite a while.
