Very good book. Pictures and explanations are top notch. My only complaint is that even when flattening the book, the right edge is unreadable. You really have to bend the page to read each sentence fully. Would have given 5 stars except for this annoying problem.

Just what I wanted
This book is exactly as it is advertised. Excellent choice.

Useless
Not easy to follow. Daily exercises in the back and each day there are 4 exercises spread throughout the book which makes it difficult to do this easily. You have to keep flipping pages. I’m returning it

Not what I was hoping for
The person on the front of the book is not who is pictured inside the book and the different exercises were not what I was hoping for.

Poor quality and many errors.
As a Pilates instructor, I ordered this book to get some ideas on wall exercises. The pages are black and white - think photocopies. There are many typos, and the exercise explanations are sometimes very confusing with missing steps. The pictures sometimes do not relate to the exercise.Some good exercises and ideas on how to work with a wall.

Easy to Follow Guide
This is my first time doing pilates of any kind, but I found the instructions really easy to follow. I love that you don't need any special equipment, just a wall and the book. It makes this super easy to continue even while traveling. It also helps that the daily challenge workouts only take about 30-35 minutes. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to get healthier.
