Acer USB C Hub, 7IN1 USB-C to 4K HDMI, 2×USB 3.0, USBC 5Gbps, 100W, SD/TF

I’ve had stuff from acer most notably a laptop that as fallen way short of expectation. So i was in 2 minds about buying this. But its perfect for limited desk space and small and light enough to stick in a laptop bag. Its got all the ports i need. You kind of dont expect any lag from a port adapter in 2026 and i am glad to say there is none i can notice.

I got this to allow my 2018 MBP to use HDMI to my new monitor, while still enabling me to use the same USB-C port for power, since I'm using the other 3 for HDDs. Works like a charm! Perfect. Looks & feels great too, speaking to the quality of it. Can't speak for longevity, but hey, what's to go wrong? Sits very neatly on the lid of my MBP, where I've used hook & loop (like Velcro but better) dots to stick it on, so keep it neat, while still being able to remove it if necessary. 100% recommend this.

Can do everything on Android, might have to add to the home screen certain apps you need. With the iOS you'd have to pre-prepare and even then, the password bit stymies you. You can see everything on the apple home screen so it's the iOS that doesn’t cooperate or maybe it's me who doesn't know Apple enough? I made sure I had a good power feed to the hub and it worked great video wise on both operating systems. I'm glad I've purchased this item.

I ordered acer 7-in-1 USB C hub after reading the reviews and comparing different products. Part of my decision is due to acer being a big brand, and I don't want to spend my money on less known and less reliable brands. This has been purchased mainly to connect my WD Hard Drive disk to a Macbook Pro with only USB C ports, but it has many more functions including HDMI, (micro)SD and charging. I have checked all these which all seem to work fine. I read some 1 star comments saying that the item does not work, but tend to agree with others that maybe in these cases the product has not been used correctly. I have achieved very reasonable speed with this hub, not only when transferring data from my laptop to USBs, but also between different USBs, and between a USB and a SD card. The item itself is quite sturdy and its colour matches perfect to that of my Macbook. It is a bit thicker than what I expected from the pictures, but that is not a big issue. Would've been better if there is a case or bag for it, as I am worried that the cable may wear and eventually break if it is put in my bag daily. It does get quite warm after a while, but not hot. Will see how long it lasts :-)

Great, lights up to show it is connected. Compact and small to pop in laptop bag. Nice colour but does feel oddly cheap. Easy to use and connected to my MacBook via usb c. The sd card port did get warm when trying to transfer a large video however I think that is normal for the task

Bought to allow charging to my iPad whilst carrying to Premier Inn TV's. Works as expected.

I’ve only had it a few months and it simply stopped charging my laptop! I connect it and nothing works! So not recommend!

This hub is great! If you have a Mac Air or Pro you will be painfully aware of the lack of ports! This is a simple answer. Recommended!

La verdad es que este hub me ha sorprendido para bien. Es compacto, ligero y el acabado en plateado queda muy elegante junto al portátil. Lo he usado con un MacBook Pro y también con un iPad Pro, y en ambos casos ha funcionado sin problemas. La salida HDMI saca vídeo en 4K sin cortes, los puertos USB 3.1 transfieren rápido y el lector de tarjetas SD me ha venido genial para pasar fotos de la cámara. Además, poder cargar el portátil a la vez con el puerto de carga PD de 100W es un puntazo, porque así no pierdo el único puerto libre. Se nota robusto y no se calienta en exceso aunque lo use varias horas. Para mí, un accesorio muy práctico y casi imprescindible si tienes un portátil con pocos puertos.
