J’ai acheté le déshumidificateur Waykar 80 «pints» modèle YDZ-80. Il a été commandé le 30 septembre et livré le 2 octobre. Bravo Amazon!!!!!. J’ai attendu au 3 octobre pour le mettre en marche pour m’assurer que le fluide caloporteur soit bien à sa place. Ce déshumidificateur remplace un vieux Sunbeam. Déjà en le déballant je m’aperçois que bien qu’il soit de la même taille, ce Waykar est au moins 30% moins lourd. Bravo Waykar!!!. Depuis qu’il a été mis en marche, l’appareil a réussi à abaisser le taux d’humidité de la maison (3500) pi2 de 66% à 49% en 3 jours et le maintenir entre 45% et 50% avec un minimum d’énergie. Quelle différence fait cet appareil «EnergyStar». Photo 1. Le panneau de contrôle rend l’appareil très simple à utiliser (photo 2). On peut même le faire fonctionner sur un horaire programmé pour être utilisé la nuit quand le coût de l’électricité est plus faible. Combiné avec la fonction arrêt-départ automatique quand le niveau d’humidité requis est atteint, on utilise une énergie minimale pour le maintien d’un taux d’humidité confortable. L’option d’un drainage continu de l’eau est aussi très «cool» (photo 3-4). Plus besoin de surveiller le niveau d’eau accumulé dans le bac et de le vider régulièrement De plus, le filtre est très accessible pour le nettoyage (photo 5). Donc, jusqu’à maintenant je suis très satisfait du rendement de l’appareil.

So I like. this dehumidifier alot. And Waykar has a real phone number you csn call and a real website. About the Waykar 80 pint: -it's very convenient and well made. - I like that the air blows up but has an adjustable vent so you can aim it lower or higher, very convenient. (Some dehumidifiers blow the air to one side, not convenient at all) - It's quiet. - The settings are very good, you can pick exactly the percent humidity you want it to go to, instead of 5 percent increments like some. - The buttons are intuitive and you don't have to think real hard. Easy on my old eyes. - The water container is very durable, and very easy to take out, empty and put back in. No spills like other brands. - This dehumidifier really pulls the moisture out of the air quickly, and did a great job keeping my 1200 sq feet unfinished basement dry. The reason I wrote the review was to say get this dehumidifier for it's efficiency, usability, and design.

I’m very happy with my Waykar dehumidifier. Its moisture-removal performance has been excellent, and it works especially well in my basement. It keeps the area feeling much more comfortable by effectively reducing excess humidity. The setup was very easy and straightforward, so I was able to get it running without any difficulty. Another thing I really appreciate is how quiet it operates. Even while running for extended periods, the noise level is low and doesn’t bother me. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. The customer service team was friendly, helpful, and responsive. They took the time to address my questions and made sure my concerns were handled properly. It’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product and is willing to help its customers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Waykar dehumidifier. It has excellent moisture-removal performance, works very well in my basement, is easy to set up, operates quietly, and is backed by great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable dehumidifier.

We absolutely loved this dehumidifier, it is very quite and very efficient. It really makes a huge difference in the humidity in our front bedroom, this room had a closet that always tended to grow mold, not anymore. We did recently have an issue where I smelled strong fumes form the unit and began to grow dizzy, I turned it off immediately. We feel the compressor began to leak coolant. Things happen. I did speak with a Waykar representative, very glad to know I reached a person and did not have to hold long, that is amazing to me, that normally does not happen. They got back with me the next day and will send me a new unit and prepaid label to return the other one! Thank you Waykar

The Waykar 80 Pint Energy Star Dehumidifiers are the QUIETEST, LIGHTEST dehumidifiers I have ever owned! They do a good job of removing humidity and hold a good amount of water. They are smaller than any dehumidifiers I have ever owned as well. They have handles and roll on wheels. The filter is easy to clean. I am giving this one a 4-star review for two reasons: 1) The water resevoir is difficult to remove and 2) the handle comes off easily while pouring the water out. So, I have to hold it carefully and pour out the water one particular direction all the time. As far as reliability, this remains to be seen. I took a chance and purchased this one after having my other Waykar dehumidifier for only a year (I am working with the company on a warrantly replacement). BUT, I liked the old one so well, I bought a new one!
