I like this product as my sense of smell is limited. However I get a slight fresh smell from all my laundry and I find I no longer need fabric softener in the wash now as everything feels softer and there is no static which is good as I dry such a lot in the tumble dryer. Also cutting out the need to buy softener so I don’t mind paying a little extra for this as it serves two purposes. I would certainly recommend!

Really good, makes clothes smells lovely

Hi, This product is a game changer, I especially use it for towels and underwear, it leaves towels smelling really fresh and leaves then feeling soft. It also deodorizes the washing machine so you no longer have that weird smell after washing after a few hours. This maybe where I live but the water quality is terrible but this Dettol product changes all that. It strong powerful and worth the money, also it goes a long way 1 capful in the softener compartment and away you go. Give it a try you wont be dissappointed.

Does the same job as any laundry cleaner removes stains good wash

Bought this as one of the kids was unwell and felt like I really needed to deep clean the entire house to get rid of any germs. Mainly got this for his clothes and bedding but have been using it on other washing since, especially school uniforms and pe kits. Smells good, not as good as regular softener, but still a light fresh smell. Who knows if it’s actually sanitising though? Don’t know how anyone can be sure. But that said, none of them have been poorly since. Overpriced though especially since it used 3 capfuls per load of washing. Alternative is to just use some zoflora in the machine instead. Sometimes I find zoflora scent a bit overpowering so I opted for this.

I saw this recommended on a mum group and thought it would be worth trying for clothes that have experienced poo explosions and baby sick. The lavender scent is lovely. There’s no lingering sweat smells on gym clothes anymore either. No leakage from the bottle so far. Great value for money, would definitely recommend, especially for parents.

Just be aware this is the smaller 1.5l bottle and not the large 3l sold commonly in shops. It works very well. Removes any old smells from clothes and bedding and comes out the washing machine smelling great. I fill the conditioner tray with 1 or 2 cap fulls. DON'T USE FABRIC CONDITIONER WITH IT. This is for use INSTEAD of conditioner. I use this for every load of washing and it continues to leave the clothes smelling clean.
