Not filtering lead, but do you need to filter it?
I was ready to change when I realized those were not filtering Lead anymore. That's bad. But then, the problem was that those are still filtering a lot more than the competition (Brita). So, I decided to buy water lead test and check if I really needed to filter lead out of my water. Turns out lead isn't detectable in my water so I can continue to use Pure.I would recommend buying test for lead in water before considering to switch. Unfortunately there are no water lead test certified (not like for paint). I would also suggest buying 2 different test (different brand and process) so you kind of double check the results.

Best filters!
Happy these are back in stock! They take all the impurities out so I end up with clean, flavorful water. The imitators don't work. They are cheaper but definitely not worth the money.

Better price
Filters are expensive and don't last much more than a month so I was happy to find these a little less expensive. Filtering the water well. None say filters lead on the box any longer.....

Fit Perfect and filter exceptionally!
These filters are amazing. We have one of the larger Slim units that sits inside the refrigerator. We swap out our filter every couple of months. We have well water and sometimes we may have little pieces of sediment. These filters not only filter the sediment, but they also capture quite a bit of those microplastics. It does not catch them all but it catches over 90% of them.
