They give me energy and suppress my appetite without any jitters or unwanted side effects. It does take your body a few days to get used to them, but that's pretty typical with any supplement that raises your metabolism.Combined with walking and eating whole foods (I'm not perfect, though - I usually eat one can of soup a day, and I love to nibble cheese and chocolate, and treat mj yself with pizza and mountain dew!!!), I lost over 20 lbs without starving, being cranky or tired.If the price point puts you off, don't let it, because I spent a whole lot of money and wasted my time trying other, slightly cheaper brands of raspberry ketone. FYI: these are NOT specific to a ketogenic diet.That's the best part! Don't let the "ketones" label mislead you. I never thought I would find a product like this again. I took something similar to this in 2013 and I love. However, the MFR don’t make it anymore. I have lupus for a little over 10 years now so I’m very careful in what I take. I receive this product on May 9th and after 2 days, I already feel the difference. I had no side effect, no jitteriness, no hunger or craving what so ever. I’ve been taking it once a day in the morning time. I’m currently on a keto program and intermittent fasting and it all works well together. Due to my lupus I can’t be outdoor during the day and no gym, I’m able to maintain an average exercise regiment of 2-3 times a week. I would definitely recommend this product. Like any other products out there, I suggest to consult your doctor before trying it especially if you have any medical condition.

I found that the first few days of taking these supplements really helped to curb my appetite. However, I'm a habitual grazer (even when not hungry), so there were times that I ate just because. So it won't cure all of your problems having to do with over-eating, but it helps in the hunger department. AND it tastes nice, like fresh raspberries! My advice would be to take 1 tablet after a meal and see how well you fare, then if it doesn't work, move onto 2.

This product owns up to everything it says it will do. I have taken 2 pills with a glass of water 30 minutes before eating as directed and I can't believe how this works. You eat a meal but it is not as much and you fill up faster. On top of it, you have ZERO cravings for anything and your appetite is curbed like I have never seen. I do not get a rapid heart beat or shake like. It is very gentle. I have had no stomach issues with these pills either. They do give you a little boost in energy as well. They are not difficult to swallow either. This is my first bottle and I am reordering. There are many fakes out there and pills that have the raspberry ketones mixed with other things and they will not work the same. The fact that these pills are pure with nothing else is why they work so well. I would highly recommend this product. My husband and I both take them! They really do work!

Although this is my first time trying Tigereye brand, I have been using other brands of Raspberry Ketones for the past couple of years. They definitely help curb between-meal hunger pangs. I used to be starving in-between meals, even though I eat enough protein and fat to tide me over. Since I have been using raspberry ketones, I don't feel as starving in between meals, which makes it easier for me to keep on working without having to stop and snack. This brand works about the same as the others I have tried. There is no magic pill, guys, but cutting out the snacking has definitely helped me to lose those 10 lbs I wanted to lose. I don't exercise much (other than chasing my kids around and carrying stuff / cleaning--no time). However, I do eat more veggies and salads, and I go easy on the carbs. I recommend raspberry ketones to curb hunger pangs, if you're trying to cut back on snacking.

The ingredients & the capsules are all natural. That's a plus. No bitter after taste, another plus. No weird jitters or amped up feelings, Bonus plus... But it fails to curb my appetite. It actually makes me eat more I think. Increases my appetite. So helping with weight loss? No. It also hasn't changed my energy levels either. I haven't notice anything different in this regard at all.But, another benefit for me, has been that the Raspberry Ketones have actually lightened my monthly blood flow by a lot. And I'm almost certain that it has something to do with my cycle starting around 5-6 days later than normal. Which is great for someone like me. Trust me.Not sure if I'll continue taking the rest of the bottle or if I'll purchase again. The tablets are really good to take i have noticed a different in myself has I have a lot of engery while doing my daily works outs you can taste the raspberry as you take them which is a good thing and I have lose a bit of weight while taking then as I don't really so hungry I would buy them again

This product is fantastic, it is both gentle on the stomach and an appetite suppressant. Also it helps me burn off fat faster without leaving side effects. I am on my third bottle and have lost 5 kilos! The only confusion is the dosage instruction, it says two with a meal, but not how many times a day. It took me reading many reviews to figure out it was only tee we o tablets once a day.

I have tried other brand in the past but they didn’t really do anything.. both me and my partner are using these. From just one bottle that we share we have both lost weight from the increased metabolism. When you take these tablets you can still taste the raspberry for a little while but I like it.
