As noted by other users the lugs on the connector snapped off pretty quickly rendering the brush useless. Certikin offer a replacement part but frankly cheaper to purchase a new non certikin brush!Sadly for a premium product it proved to be flimsy and brittle.

I was worried if this would fit my vacuum hose, when opened I found two sizes and one fitted perfectly. It also works brilliantly on the pool

I think that this is the 3rd or 4th of this model that I have bought in the last 12 years. It works very well as a vacuum brush and looks good but it has a design fault which makes it fragile. The brush has a separate short plastic tube with four lugs, which is used to connect the brush to the vacuum hose. Regrettably the tube and lugs are made of a relatively brittle plastic and the lugs tend to snap off after a year or two, which prevents the secure attachment of the brush to the hose. It is a pity that Certikin does not offer replacement connectors at a reasonable price. I would have bought connectors more happily than complete new brushes.

They have changed the design, yes, i like the see thru look, but its hard to handle as its so light, so when you move it around it flips back and wants to float to surface so it doesnt lie flat on pool bottom and you need strong wrist to maneuver it flat.
