It depends on the head unit rather than the vehicle, you need to check against the model of the radio/CD changer

Will these fit 2012 transit?

That is why I bought them so they certainly do. There was a 6000CD unit in my transit but the radios are pretty much all the same from 56 plates upto 2013/14.
