I order both sizes regularly and the smaller ones come 120/pkg., the smaller patches are 2.56 x 1.65 / The large ones are 5.12 x 3.31 (these are usually marked 'larger' in the notes).

The large patch shown with the question is 5.12 x 3.31 inches. I also buy a box of 140 small ones which are 2.56 x 1.65 inches. They are great for knees, ankles, elbows, wrists and any other small jointed parts. That way they stay put while a larger one tends to either twist or keep you from bending that particula part easily. The big ones work well on bigger flat surfaces like back, neck, arms, legs etc.
