Exactly what I was looking for...and apologies to Riliho
tl:dr - perfect for the Alto Daily Prayer Companion from Ascension Press (with minor modification) Wanted a nice leather cover for a newly released prayer book that measures 5 x 7, which is very difficult to find as many covers are 5 x 8. Found Riliho, who had the leather I was looking for but it covered a notebook. Still, the price was inexpensive and it looked like the notebook pages could be easily removed (sorry, Rilhio) Worked out as I expected but let me tell you the quality of Riliho - they stitched the pages using quality string. Luckily, I was able to detach the paper. I like the feel of the leather - very durable. It is the perfect size for the book, and it's light and easy to carry Pic #1 shows the over, pic #2 shows the book inside the cover, and pic #3 shows that there was plenty of extra leather in the closure that I was able to make a bookmark with it. While I haven't figured out a way to secure the book to the over, I'm very happy with it - highly recommended

Not A5 size. Even has a sticker saying "A5" but is much narrower. Seems fine as far as quality and all, just don't get refi Lls or anything till can get measures.

The Unboxing Alone Blew Me Away
Let’s start with the unboxing, because even that exceeded my expectations. Each journal came in its own individual box, beautifully wrapped in brown parchment with a postcard placed on top. Before you even see the journal, it already feels intentional and special.. like you’re opening a gift, not simply receiving a notebook. Then you unwrap it, and the journal itself is absolutely gorgeous. The quality, craftsmanship, and presentation are far better than I could have imagined. I ordered several of these to give to military Veterans at an upcoming event, and I wanted something that felt meaningful and not cheap, generic, or mass-produced. These are exactly that. The fact that I can preserve the original packaging and recreate that entire unboxing experience for each Veteran makes them even more perfect for what we are doing.
