Easy to assemble. My three year old twin girls love it.

Weight limit of people sleeping.
Product is only good for smaller people. Order was shipped promptly, fairly easy to assemble pictures only. Center support for mattress is weak, slats for mattress sag in the middle. Weight limit is only 200 lbs, not mentioned in description of the address.

Cheap materials and too much paint details to fix. For what I need it is ok (basement) otherwise I would look for something better

Cannot be put together
On step 3, screw #11 does not go into E1 and E2, which means it cannot ever be put together. I wasted hundreds of dollarsThey also sent the wrong color. I ordered the gray and white and the one they sent is only white. I need a refund

Kids love it but payed to much not to be right
Only one side for the slide is correct. So I had to bend it myself and cracked the paint and is now chipping. All the welds are just tac weld. So it won’t last to long.

No online instructions
I wish there was an online manual or instructions. Spent over an hour looking and searching this model number. Cotoala does not appear to even have a site 🤔The quality is very basic. The slide is so steep its more marketing than functional. The ladder placement is not well designed.
